Different issues
-Buttons incorrectly attached to the vest, they fall off at some point.
-Poor customer service via telephone, even though the product was in the warehouse, the person who answered the call was not able to contact the warehouse to change the shipping address, she only read the status that everyone can see online when printing a shipping label, which indicates that she does not understand the process.
-The last step of the shipment is a joke, the delivery man never goes to the indicated address and leaves the package in a logistics center, with the 2nd shipment that was urgent, the delivery man has changed the delivery status several times and DHL Spain is unable to contact him.
Now I have to pay 2.9 to return something that is unusable, of course I want my money back.
